About NEIST
The North East Institute of Science and Technology in Jorhat, Assam, is a constituent institution of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in New Delhi, and has been engaged in multidisciplinary R&D work relevant to the country in general and the North Eastern Region in particular. The CSIR-North East Institute of Science and Technology, previously (RRL) in Jorhat, was founded in 1961 as one of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research's (CSIR) interdisciplinary labs under its Chemical Science Group of laboratories.

Educational Qualification
As per NEIST official notification candidate should have completed BE/ B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, M.Pharm from any of the recognized board or University
Experience Details
Candidates Should have One year experience in Geo-physical/Big Data processing
Candidates Should have Knowledge/experience in isolation, characterisation and maintenance of different microorganisms including bacteria and fungi, molecular biology experiments including PCR and RT-PCR, Sanger sequencing and NGS analysis
