The second wave of Covid-19 pandemic and the SOPs issued by the state government has led to a massive dent for fish sellers in Biswanath.

The government issued guidelines that all business establishments should be shut down by 11 o'clock.

Including other business fish sellers have to sell fish before 11 a.m, which causes loss to many sellers.

As per reports, in Biswanath a fish seller was coming from Nagaon to Biswanath for selling fish. He was coming late and he has to closed before 11 a.m so the person was seen selling fish at very low price. He was also selling fish to someone free of cost due to Covid-19 guidelines.
