GUWAHATI: Saurashtra defeated Assam by 8 wickets in the Men U25 State A Trophy match in Jaipur today. Invited to bat, Assam were bowled out 82 in 34.1 overs. Nibir Deka, 20, was the top scorer. Adityasinh Jadeja took 4-16. Saurashtra took 13.2 overs to reach the target losing two wickets. Tarang Gohel (61no) scored half century and Hridip Deka bagged 2-28.
